After losing a couple grandparents known to be the great home chefs of their families, Sophia J. Chang and traci kato-kiriyama were inspired to preserve beloved recipes from other families. This project explores a favorite dish with its own unique steps, traditions, and memories as it is passed along from one generation to the next.
